  • The Evac-U-Vest system™ is the perfect solution for keeping your homebound patients ready to
    evacuate at a moment's notice.

  • Your daily records as well as the patient's medications can be stored in the vest pockets.  If
desired, there's even room for personal valuables so the patient or caretaker is not wasting time
    searching for them.

  • Keep your company name readily available to the patient, caretaker and emergency personnel for
    future reference.

  • You don't have to wait for an emergency evacuation to make use of the Evac-U-Vest.

  • Use it to send important information with the patient when sending them off premises for doctors
appointments, dialysis treatments, chemo or radiation treatments.  This is a sure way for
professionals to share information and have it return with the patient.

  • The Evac-U-Vest system™ is made of a lightweight fluorescent polyester mesh with two water
    repellent information pockets.

  • It is designed to rapidly slip over a person's head; whether ambulatory, wheelchair bound or bed
    bound.

  • An elastic belt is then clipped to the vest to deter removal by confused persons.

  • The top zippered pocket is transparent and holds our Medical Alert Envelope© which can be
    prepared in advance.

  • The bottom zippered Pharmaceutical Pocket is designed to hold the person's medications.  This
pocket can then be made accessible only to emergency personnel by locking it with a plastic
    security seal.

**For liability purposes and confidentiality, most Insurance Companies recommend that health care
facilities retain their patients' original medical records, even in an emergency situation.
